When creating a business, the user can pick a single settlement currency to which all crypto deposits will be automatically converted. This currency can be one of the available fiat or crypto ones.

Once configured the settlement currency for the business can't be changed.

Regardless of what its crypto deposit settlement currency is, each business can always exchange between all available currencies via the feature.
